By using ClootSuite ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. ClootSuite is a command-line tool that enables users to publish content to social media platforms through their respective APIs.
ClootSuite provides a CLI interface for authenticating with and publishing content to third-party social media platforms (TikTok, X/Twitter, Instagram). The Service acts as a client that interacts with these platforms' official APIs on behalf of the authenticated user.
You are responsible for all content you publish through ClootSuite. You must comply with the terms of service of each social media platform you use through the tool. You must not use ClootSuite to publish content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
ClootSuite stores OAuth tokens locally on your device using your operating system's secure keychain. ClootSuite does not transmit or store your credentials on any external server.
ClootSuite interacts with third-party APIs (TikTok, X/Twitter, Instagram). Your use of these platforms through ClootSuite is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. ClootSuite is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these platforms.
ClootSuite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor compatibility with any specific platform API version.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClootSuite and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to account suspensions, content removal, or API access revocation by third-party platforms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClootSuite after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
